**  The photographer work with a professional custom color lab called Pictage to post and process your digital photography. This is a great opportunity for you to share your wedding photos with family and friends who could not attend. Photos will be posted within 2 days of your wedding. You  will be able to go online and order prints, at an additional charge,  if you want more than, or different pictures than those selected by the photographer for your Photo package.  All photos will be posted on line, and a two for one special offer is available for one month after posting. First class will be used for all shipping which takes from 1 - 3 weeks.
For rush shipping of your pictures and CD after we receive them from the photographer an additional $50.00 will be charged

Group Specials for Weddings
These packages are offered with the intention to give savings to the Bride & Groom to start their life off together. The room discount is therefore limited to 10% off for all guests,. The more friends & family who are attending the wedding, the more savings are awarded to the Bridal Couple. If you choose to get a better group rate for your guests, these packages will not be applicable.
Please email us with the number of rooms you are looking for. Specials rates are limited to a maximum of 25 rooms. Certain times during off season, based on availability, we might be able to extend the rates to larger groups as well. These specials only apply with a 10% room discount, as the savings are intended for the Bride & Groom. Further discounted group rates might be offered but are not combinable with the Friends & Family specials.

Celebrate your special day with 10 or more rooms of your friends and family each staying 5 nights or longer and enjoy great rates and special offers from Bolongo Bay.  The more rooms you fill, the more fun we will add to your wedding week!   

Sunset Cruise Wedding

Do you dream of saying your vows at sea against the backdrop of the setting sun?  Book a minimum of 20 rooms paid of friends and family all on our all-inclusive plan,  5 night minimum stay, and we will include a complimentary Wedding Ceremony (clergy and wedding coordinator services only) aboard our 53’ catamaran, Heavenly Days!   (max 49 people)

Includes:

• 10% discount for your guests

• Two hour sunset cruise aboard our 53’ catamaran for you and your guests featuring clergy and wedding ceremony at sea, services of our wedding coordinator, open bar with champagne, vegetable crudité

• Our all-inclusive package includes full breakfast, lunch & dinner -  all a la carte dining; unlimited drinks,  all gratuities; 8% government room tax and 7% hotel service charge; introductory scuba lesson; use of kayaks, aqua tricycles, sunfish sailboats, wind surfers, snorkel equipment and swim mats. Each guest staying 7 nights will also get a half day snorkel trip  and a sunset cruise on our award winning catamaran, Heavenly Days included. 

• Book a minimum  of 20 paid rooms on the All Inclusive plan with all guests staying 5 nights or longer, and The Bride & Groom will receive 50% off their All Inclusive Package. 

Since we offer full service in our restaurants, no buffets, we stagger our seating in order to serve our guests better. Please be aware that if you are booking our All Inclusive plan you will not be able to dine together in large groups. Our restaurants will only accept reservations for parties of 16 dining together. The reservation will be made for 4 tables in the same section, not one table, which still means you will be very close to each other and feel like you are all together. This is only possible if reservations are made in advance, our restaurant is very popular, and we can not guarantee a full section being available if reservations are made the same day. Early or late seating's are easier to accommodate for groups. Because we offer full restaurant service with a la carte dining, no buffets, you will enjoy better and more extensive food choices, but it also means that we like other restaurants, are limiting the number of guests we seat at a time, in order to give you the best possible service.

Groups of 17 or more people dining together at one time require additional staffing and seating arrangements, and is considered a function. If you wish to book a function, wedding reception, rehearsal dinner etc. please contact our Catering Department for menu selection and banquet fees. The All Inclusive plan does not cover special parties.
