More Guest Photos I just had a chance to stop for a moment since I returned home last Thursday. I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your staff for making my first vacation in 12 years a most enjoyable and memorable one. I can not express via email the smile that I still have on my face since I left your resort. Visiting there has re-kindled my faith in humanity, it was so nice to be around people that seem to enjoy living and enjoy making people happy as I once did. My vacation started perfectly right from the start. I took the van from the airport and had a chance to see a lot of the other place I could have stayed, however when I pulled into Bolongo Bay, a feeling came over me, I was home. I was greeted by Dan with a warm smile, hearty hello and a hand shake. (The rum punch helped as well) From that point forward I knew I picked the right resort for my vacation. The bar staff at the Lobster grille, Alex, 007(aka Lawson), Harry, exceeded my expectations with service and knowledge of the area and local drinks, I felt as if I had been drinking at that bar my whole life. As far as the food, Oh My God is about all I can say. When I read the info on line I was taken back at the menu and did not think it could be true, however your kitchen staff once again exceeded my expectation, I felt like I was eating at a 5 star restaurant in Boston. The greeters were outstanding as well, Eduardo is an extraordinary person, always has positive things to say, always cares about you and your meal and knows how to work a crowd. One of my biggest fears was taking a taxi to the wrong place; however Simon was right on point, Simon had everything well organized and took all the worries away. The activities director was more then helpful and sent me to the right spots, it seemed they had known me forever and knew exactly what I would want to see and do. I will have to admit leaving Bolongo Bay was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do in my life. I know this sounds strange however, I felt as if I was leaving my life long best friends. Even right know righting this, I have tears in my eyes.
So with that being said, I have
already started to plan my next trip…… We visited Bolongo Bay in January 2009 and had a wonderful time!!! The staff was great and so helpful. We had a rental car and ended up with a flat tire. The ladies at the front desk arranged for someone on the maintenance staff to assist us and directed us to a tire repair shop. There were nine in our party and some of us stayed in the condos and others at the resort, but no matter where we were, we had excellent service. Coral Park was beautiful and the ferry ride to St. John was awesome. Kudos to the staff and especially Lyndell!! The young adults in our group enjoyed the beaches, sights, and the clubs of St. Thomas courtesy of Lyndell. Hello, I have tried and made several attempts to
leave my positive experience on Expedia, but for whatever reason it
does not let me do this. We stayed at Bolongo, March 20-24th 2009, it
was the first time we stayed and we were planning to come back next
year our second night! The staff is wonderful! I have to say, your
front desk, wait staff, bell hop, gift shop , bartenders were the most
attentive I have ever seen. We especially loved Vernita, she was so
informative! We seriously want to borrow her next year, to take some
tours with her! LOL! I enjoyed her company and I wish I could of seen
her more and I really enjoyed speaking to her each day! The
housekeeping staff was excellent, I didn't request clean sheets each
day, as I don't need them or towels. I like to conserve water, the
only thing I like are clean wash clothes, but your staff saw that the
linens and towels were changed each day. The food at the lobster
grille was excellent! The bartenders at the grille were fantastic!
EVERYONE OF THEM! Our favorite was Harry! Not only a great
personality..but WOW! fantastic drinks! DELICIOUS! The manager, I
wish I could remember her name, but she was WONDERFUL! I think it
was Samuel out front, he was outstanding! Overall, we really enjoyed
our stay! WE will be back next year!!! I think room 113? LOL..
We
loved staying at Bolongo!!! Can't wait to come back. Everything
was sooooo perfect. The resort was better than we expected. BTW
when our taxi cab driver stopped at Bolongo - guests from other
resorts (the commercial ones eg Marriott) said what a beautiful
resort we were staying at. They commented on how tropical it
looked.

Just a special thank you for a wonderful stay at Bolongo Bay. I will
return if you put brighter light bulbs in my room. My husband and I
were treated like royalty during our stay. Oh, so many smiling faces
and men and women who knew our names! I cannot stop telling friends
about our stay. In fact, I just recommended the Lobster Grille to a
couple who has already booked their stay elsewhere on St. Thomas.
Thanks again for your gracious help and
unsurpassed hospitality! We will NEVER forget the self-sacrificing
attitude of Andree! We tell the stories of our time there and never fail
to mention him and his generosity!

Friends, We had a wonderful time and memorable experience at the Bolongo Bay Beach Resort. From seeing shooting stars, jetskiing, walking on the beach to watch the sunrise. We would highly recommend your resort to anyone! We hope to be back within the next few years. We were most comfortable staying at your resort, there was so much to do. Hello Ice, We stayed at Bolongo
Bay the first week of December and had a great time! We hope to be able
to come back someday. Bolongo Bay is a great place for a romantic getaway! Relax on the beautiful beach with plenty of chairs and personal space while looking out at a picturesque panoramic view. Each restaurant has its own charm, dine casually beachside at Iggies or have a five star meal at the lobster grille. The staff is excellent, try any of the watersports, and I highly recommend the day sail to St. John! We had the value room and were surprised that it was huge and included a large tv, kitchen area and balcony! Great experience overall! ~ Danielle and James Dear Bolongo owner and staff, Penny and I have been repeat visitors since 1995. Every year we spend two weeks at this heavenly location. I just wanted to drop you a note the
thank you for an enchanted week long stay at your resort. We were
guests Dec 2 -9, 2008 and had a great time. Your staff went out of
their way to be helpful and kind. The accommodations were
extremely clean and comfortable. We have raved about your resort to
all our friends and look forward to returning for another laid back
week sometime in the future. I just wanted to
say thank you for a wonderful vacation. My wife, Kim, and I were at
Bolongo from 12/27/08-1/1/09 and we had a great time. We are already
looking into booking our return visit!!! Your staff is unbelievable
and I just want to say thank you to each and every one of them for
making our trip so great!!! Most notably we would like to send out a

Hello! We spent
our honeymoon with you September 15 thru the 22nd. We
couldn’t have asked for more. The resort was the perfect size, not so
big that you felt like to another guest. We enjoyed the pool a couple
of times and the swim up bar-the best tropical punches. Our room was
perfect, big, bright, and clean with a beautiful view of the bay. The
staff was extremely friendly. The weather was wonderful. Just the
last night and half day we were there did it rain; the events staff
coordinated games of bingo to keep us having fun during brunch. The
cab drivers were very friendly, informative and got you going
quickly. We ventured all over the island and also to St. John
(beautiful!) and Jost Von Dyke. I would definitely recommend checking
them both out. The ferry rides are fast, cheap and convenient. Our
overall experience was wonderful. We will definitely be back for a
future anniversary vacation!
I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how great of a time my
girlfriend and I had at the Bolongo Bay. The staff is extremely nice and
helpful (especially Big John!), the room was really nice, and the beach
and water were wonderful. We enjoyed it so much that we want to come
back in early December for a long weekend. Hi to everyone
at Bolongo! My husband and I stayed with ya'll from 8-9-08 till
8-14-08 and had the most relaxing 4 days we've had in a very long
time. Our beachfront villa was perfectly situated with the beautiful
Caribbean right outside our door and The Lobster Grille on one
side and Iggies on the other. What more could we ask for. But really
what made Bolongo so wonderful were the people that work there and
took such good care of us. Thank you so much. I wish I had pictures
to share but unfortunately we misplaced our camera the night before we
left and didn't realize it until we were packing our bags to
leave. The last place we remember having it was at Iggies during the
Wednesday night Carnival. If anyone that is reading this was at
Iggies the night of 8-13-08 and remembers seeing or has any
information about a lost Kodak digital camera, Model #DX7590, black,

with the camera cannot. The worst part is we don't have any pictures
of our trip to St. Thomas and Bolongo Bay to share with our friends

grateful. Just returned from Bolongo Bay. We had a fantastic time. We were there on July 25th for 7 days. The place is just great, from all the people that work there to the resort itself. The restaurants Iggies and the Lobster grill had the best food that weve eaten at a resort. The chef at the Lobster Grill is just fantastic. The Heavenly Days crew were also great. My husband and I are not that young. but they helped me jump in the dinghy. The cruise to St John was great. We had a great room right on the beach which I loved, and we met some great people. and know that our vactaion celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at
Bolongo was the best vacation we have ever experienced. From the first
rum punch served to us by Simon, the bottle of champagne to our last
going away conversation with Alex at the bar was an experience we
still and will talk about. The food and wait staff were excellent as
were the rest of the members of Bolongo. We have raved about our stay
to people home on Long Island, and was pleased to see the add back in
the Travel section of Long Island Newsday. I would like to think my
conversation with Richard had something to do with it! (Kidding).
Hopefully his eye is doing much better than when we were there and he
is feeling better. Hopefully some day we would like to do it again. I want to extend a thank you from the bottom of my heart to the owners of Bolongo Bay, All About Honeymoons Travel, and 105.5 the CAT for providing me with the MOST AMAZING TRIP of my LIFE! Winning the trip was AWESOME but the trip ITSELF was.. just ... soul nuturing! My best friend and I stayed at this resort for 4 lovely days and nights and we are already planning our return trip! The room we had was perfect.. right on the beach.. amazing view and despite our wanting to sleep in of a morning we couldn't wait to open our door each day and hear the ocean waves and plan our day! We were greeted with smiles
and complimentary rum punch upon our arrival to the resort, treated like
royalty and hit it off wonderfully with our favorite taxi driver Anna
who we had nice conversation with on our way to and from the downtown
shopping areas and who found my lost phone and made sure it got back to
me. What a sweetheart! :) Iggie's is so convenient and the food is
amazing. I truly never had one thing that was not delicious. The free
snorkeling gear and water equipment were a such FUN! We felt like kids
playing every day. And the snorkeling for bottles of rum was such a
hoot! Hey K. - We absolutely
loved your resort! Looking forward to coming back! We are telling
everyone how wonderful we were treated there!
We just wanted to say Thank
You for having a wonderful resort. My family and I were there the
week of June 9 -16 2008. We had one of the best time of our lives.
Your staff was very helpful and made us feel right at home. My
husband & son enjoy the scuba lesson and the trip out diving. The
Heavenly Day trip was wonderful. We did the all inclusive plan and
we love it. I had thought about getting a room with a kitchenette
I'm so glad that I didn't, who wants to cook while your on
vacation. It was well worth the money to just order away. The food
and drink were all top rated The view from our room was
absolutely beautiful and the weather was great. We also enjoy all
your toys on the beach and the snorkeling was great at your bay.
For what it's worth I have highly recommended your resort and hope
to see you all again soon.
This was my first time at Bolongo Bay and I just had to thank you
and your staff for a trip of a lifetime. We were there for my
daughter's wedding which was on June 14...which was so beautiful.
Lori, the planner, was fantastic and the wedding was so beautiful
and her help with planning was fantastic.
Our trip to St. Thomas was absolutely amazing and we owe it all to the
wonderful staff at the Bolongo! From our room to lounging at the
pool we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable
experience. We haven't stopped talking about it since arriving
home 3 days ago and we've already started planning a return trip
with our family for next year. My husband won a trip to St. Thomas
from his employer and we were given three resorts to choose from.
After spending hours on websites and reading reviews we knew that
the Bolongo was where we wanted to be. We loved the fact that most
of the staff have been with the resort for many years and that it
is a smaller, more intimate place to stay. We're so happy that the
All Inclusive plan was part of our package and we can't imagine
doing it any other way. Who needs to worry about pulling out cash
or a card to pay for drinks when you're relaxing by the pool? All
Inclusive means "kick back relax and order away!" The food at both
the Lobster Grille and Iggies is first rate. We ate lunch at
Iggies (my husband LOVED the fish and fries) and enjoyed breakfast
and dinner at the Lobster Grille. Everything about dinner was a
wonderful experience. From the presentation of the meal to
enjoying the sounds of Sammy Watts, it doesn't get any better than
this. Chef Rob came out to greet diners and make sure everything
was great and our waiters Albert and Victor were attentive and
very friendly no matter how busy they were. Carla will put a smile
on your face when you have breakfast at the Lobster Grille as
well... and bring an appetite, the portions are HUGE for both
dinner and breakfast. I could go on and on. Thank you again for
such a wonderful time. St. Thomas and Bolongo have officially
become our choice for our family's yearly vacation together. We'll
see you in 2009 and for many years after!
Hello! My name is Kane Madsen and
on behalf of myself and my Girlfriend Chassidy Willey we had an amazing
time with your crew of workers.. I don't really know where to begin! I
would say 3 people that went above and beyond their call of duty would
be Marcello and Jordan "on the beach crew" and at Iggies Bar and Grill
"Tall Tom" was amazing.. Marcello and Jordan we so friendly and cool it
has actually made us debating on already returning sooner than we
thought! Everyday they were there with a sincere smile and wave and
ready to chat and help with anything we needed.. Bartender Tom was
awesome! Very good bartender and when it came time to get a drink I
truly enjoyed going when Tom was there.. Never intrusive, always
polite, and makes a darn good drink too!! While we were there we also
met Kristen who worked with Marcello as a Trainee and she was awesome
too.. Mark the food and beverage director at Iggies even sat down and
talked with us.. I thought that was pretty cool... and he changed the
TVs for me so I could watch the Pistons Game! so cool points for that
too Mark!! Basically your employees made our trip fantastic and you
need to know that!! If you could do me a favor and pass this along to
each person mentioned it would mean a lot to me!! tell them the spiky
haired guy named Kane from Michigan says Thanks for everything and rock
on!! and I do have a Slogan for you guy's..
To our Island Family, We made our second visit to Bolongo Bay this year (2008). The first thing that impressed us was that everyone remembered us for our visit in 2007, it was like visiting family. The second thing that impressed us was the many improvements to the property and restaurants. The service and food was as expected, GREAT!!! It would take us too long to comment on and thank each individual for the great job of making us feel welcomed and appreciated as guests. Another nice touch was the returning guest reception on the beach with the owners and senior management, thank you. We have already booked our room and flight for next year, can’t wait! Hello Bolongo; We had such a great time at
Bolongo Bay last week. It's so relaxing and beautiful. Our kids didn't
want to leave the resort. We enjoyed our daily warm greetings from staff

I'll fill out the questionnaire, but I wanted to personally thank you,
your family and the rest of your staff for hosting our group (Carthage
College Gospel Messengers) last week. The services and accommodations
were great, but more than that, the family friendly atmosphere made us
feel very welcomed as if we were at home. Believe me, it was hard to
leave. Thanks Again, We just returned from our visit to Bolongo Bay. We had the time of our lives! We enjoyed everything about Bolongo Bay. We were hoping for a casual, laid-back place away from the city. What a perfect choice for us!! We hardly left Bolongo Bay resort. Everything we needed was right there. We had a private beach and then there was Iggies right outside our door. You talk about a fun place! The staff at Bolongo Bay were friendly and so helpful. The people we found most memorable were Seth (activities coordinator on the beach), Brianna (waitress at Iggies and on the Heavenly Days cruise crew), Tony (waiter at Iggies), Priscilla (waitress at Lobster Grille), Lyndell (bellman and waiter at Iggies), Chris and Peter (crew on Heavenly Days Cruise crew), Jack (bartender at Iggies), and Anna Marie (gift shop). All of these people helped us to have an experience we will never forget. We can't wait to come back again. I have told everyone I know that they should visit Bolongo Bay. Thank you so much for the best vacation ever. Dennis and Peri LOVED IT!! Exactly what I wanted. It was a small, private place away from the hub-bub of the city but close enough to get there by cab. Having a private beach was great, and the food was 5 stars. The staff excellent. I recommend doing the all-inclusive. I will defiantly go back. Risa Once again, we
have returned from Bolongo Bay. We had such a fantastic time for 11
days! This was our 2nd trip to our favorite place in the world! We
just celebrated our 1st anniversary with all the wonderful staff you
have at Bolongo. Keep up the fantastic job you are all doing. We
really enjoyed the Welcome Back Cocktail party that was arranged for
returning guests. It meant alot! We met some great people again this
year and have formed friendships that i believe will last a very long
time. We are already looking into another vacation next year! We
would like to say "THANK YOU" to everyone on your staff, but
especially to Jonathan -who will be missed when he moves on, (i still
want your job!) Alex, who was the best bartender, keeping us well
hydrated with Corona's day in and day out!, Ryan, is a great addition
to Bolongo, he knows how to make a mean rum punch! He was very
entertaining for the young kids! Our daughter wont admit it but i
think she has a crush on him! Bolongo Bay will always remain in our
hearts no matter how much snow piles up on us here in Cleveland, NY.
Thanks again for a wonderful time and see you next year! My wife and
I were guests at your resort probably 4 years ago. We had the
greatest time and I can't wait to return again. When you think of all
the places that one could chose, to go to, for a vacation, Bolongo
Beach is the FIRST that comes to my mind. The seven day stay was
unforgetable! After the years that have passed, I still have this
feeling. That has to say a lot for your Bolongo Beach Resort, your
management, the people who work there, the kindness shown, etc.!!! We so enjoyed our stay on St. Thomas at Bolongo Bay. I couldn't imagine staying at a nicer resort. Everyone on your staff should be applauded daily for their kindness and attentiveness to the needs of your guests. stayed at Bolongo Bay for our honeymoon. We had
an incredible time, starting with the champagne in our room upon
arrival and amazing view from our balcony! Many thanks to Vernita for
hooking us up with Delita for a private tour of the island! We really
enjoyed all the food - both at Iggie's and at Lobster Grille. We
really appreciated Chef Robert taking the time to stop by our table at
nearly every meal. The highlight of our entire trip had to be the
sunset cruise on Heavenly Days! Thanks to Pete, Chris and Stephanie
for making it so fun. Finally, our trip wouldn't have been complete
without the great bartending skills of Alex and Harry. We have told
everyone back home about Bolongo. We're looking forward to coming
back in a few years to celebrate our anniversary! Dear Bolongo Bay Resort, Our stay with you was short and sweet. We have told many about your resort and can't stop talking about the great time that we had. From the moment that we
stepped foot on Bolongo Bay we felt like we were at the right place. We
traveled with our 22 month old daughter and she felt at ease with the
great crew you have working for you. Her little heart fell in love with
Ryan from the moment she saw him. It was such a treat to be at your
resort over Christmas. I was so happy that Santa found us on Christmas
Day! Your location is what brought us to you. We wanted to be away from
the cruise ships, yet close enough to the attractions that St. Thomas
has to offer. We ate at Iggies each and every day and would recommend
the all inclusive plan. The rooms were clean and the girls cleaning them
were very friendly and helpful. We loved the activities on the beach
that you had to offer. It made traveling with a young child easy. We
were able to enjoy the activities when the timing was right for us. We

and I were at Bolongo from 02/01/08 - 02/08/08 and had a great time.
Our room was really nice and the Prestine (the maid) did a great job.
She was friendly like most of the staff we met. Beverly was friendly
and helpful as well. We ate breakfast at the Lobster grille once. The
service was a little slow but, bless viola and the other server for
doing the best they could. The salmon omelet I ordered was really
good. I just returned from a weeks stay at your resort and I can not stop
talking about how wonderful it was. I was with a friend celebrating
our 50th birthdays and it was the perfect place to do it. From the
moment I arrived to the day I left, my needs were met above
expectations. The staff is exceptional, and made our stay super fun.
The food in both restaurants was wonderful and the blended drinks
were yummy. It was the most relaxing and fun vacation I have ever
taken, and I hope to be able to return to Bolongo Bay again. Darcie and I still can’t stop telling everyone how awesome your resort is! We have been on many Cruises, and stayed at swanky hotels all over but this was the best, most relaxing vacation we have ever had! We felt so at home every day and finally after many years of snorkeling I took my first dive lesson and a two tank dive, I am hooked! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, and the food; back to that swanky hotel comment! Every meal we ate at the Lobster Grill was top notch, and Robert the chef came out and talked with us every night and made us feel like he had specially prepared the meal just for us. Before and after dinner you’ve got to relax at the poolside bar and have Harry or Larson mix you up a special drink or just an ice cold Presidente! The food and fun at Iggies was just as good as the Lobster Grill and our only regret was that we didn’t do the all inclusive plan, we ended up eating out on the town only twice the entire ten days! What can we say about the beach and the beach staff: they are totally awesome! From “G”, TJ, Marcello, and Ryan we were pampered every day! If you wanted to kayak, snorkel, sail, water bike, Jet Ski, or just relax on the beach they took care of everything and became our friends! The Heavenly Days cruise to St John is a blast and Capt Dan, Chris, & Steph are the best crew, even with the Christmas Winds soaking us! Again there were so many amazing, super friendly staff who made this the best vacation ever. But you have to have Vernita help you with any of your day trips she was an angel! And make sure she books you with the famous “Monica Lewinski” tour of St Thomas with Radiant Delita Parsons! (The meanest cab driver on the entire island!) I didn’t know that meanest in St Thomas speak is beautiful! We are already planning our spring vacation in March and have decided to take our two teenage girls with us back to Bolongo Bay. Ryan get ready! The Doumeng Family has a done an outstanding job of creating the perfect beach resort at Bolongo Bay!

This was our first time to St Thomas and Bolongo Bay Resort and let
me tell you, it was the best time of our lives, we were there for our
20th anniv, the people who are employed there are the best people you
would ever want to meet, Robert the chef at the lobster grille is
awesome and a blast to talk to, Yolanda waitress at lobster grille
also the best, she sand happy anniv to us on our special night with
the other servers and hostess Andrea ( one special person) and my all
time favorite person there at the resort is Larson, this man is an
excellant bartender and person to talk to, I would recommend the
Bushwackers at the Lobster Grill and have Larson make them with the
chocolate swirl inside of your glass and don't have to many they will
catch you and put u on your rear!!!!! please keep us informed of

First let me start off with Marriage is a special moment in anyone's
life. The planning the pressure the concerns that you have for that
day. My wife and I both wanted a destination wedding and we chose
Bolongo Bay Resort and we are so glad we did. From the first phone
call and e-mail to the wedding specialist Jessa Stevens at the resort
we new this was for us. Our wish was her command. From the smallest
detail to the actual day of the wedding she and Bolongo's staff made
every effort they could to make this the most beautiful day of our
life. If you want to get marriage somewhere special this is the place.
The wedding took place barefoot on the beach,
the sun was setting, the
wave's from the ocean hitting the shore line
that was our back ground, this truly was
breath taking to say the lest. After the ceremony the wedding
party and guest's were then escorted to the famous award winning
Lobster Grill for a unbelievable reception dinner. The chef and his
staff was extraordinary, the dinner was even better. This day truly
was a gift from God. The next day all family and guest's left the
island and we stayed for additional 5 day's Oh what a joy it was. Let
me tell you about the staff, these people truly are there to help you
enjoy your ST. Thomas experience from the rooms cleanliness to the
great food, beaches, service and the greetings of the day, they truly
went out of there way for us and our guest's. The people were so real
everyone even the taxi drivers at the resort they made us feel like
family. All the managers from the front desk, front office and Iggies/Lobster
Grill were always helpful and delightful to talk with. I forgot
one thing you must take a day sail to ST. John's with the heavenly
days staff this was awesome. The only thing I regret is that we only
stayed 8 days. Next year in October we are going to celebrate our One
year anniversary with Bolongo and staff.

We had our own beachfront room and met up with 3 couples that are friends of ours who stayed in one of your condos. We had the best time! I would especially like to send a "thank you" to the staff of the Heavenly Days who extended every kindness to me during my "sea sick" experience and to the Doumeng Family for making my 50th birthday so special. After a day on the beach, we came back to the room and sitting on the counter was a silver bucket with champagne and two wine flutes surrounded by beautiful floral - from the Doumeng family and staff. How awesome is that! Whatever our daytime activities, at the end of every day we met up with our friends and spent the evening relaxing at Iggie's, enjoying the breezes, listening to the waves and having a few drinks. This was the first time John and I visited St Thomas, and we want to thank you for making it such an amazing experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff was all very friendly and one of the neatest things about the resort is everything is so convenient. With two restaurants, beach towels and chairs, the Heavenly Days catamaran, the sparkling swimming pool, the gift shop and everything else the resort offers, there was no need to leave. We would highly recommend Bolongo Bay to anyone visiting the island and I'm a little hopeful we'll make this an annual event. wanted to thank you for such a great vacation ! Bolongo and the staff
were outstanding ! Many thanks to Harry for the pool side frozen
libations! I told my son that he was Santa and after Christmas he can
be found at Bolongo ! We would also like to thank Simon who greeted
us with a BIG smile every morning and helped set up our rides for the
day trips. Bolongo had a secluded feel and the entire staff seemed
more like friends, a feel that CAN NOT be dupilcated in a big resort
setting ! We met many new friends and hope to see you all again soon!
OUR STAY AT BOLONGO WAS SO AWESOME, WE ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE OF IT. I HONESTLY THINK WE COULDN'T HAVE CHOSEN A BETTER PLACE.. just wanted to Thank everyone and when I say everyone, I mean

rooms amazing..You know I wish I could remember everyone's names, and
that is why I keep saying "EVERYONE" of your staff..Yamma in the
Lobster Grille, Harry who took care of us in the bar..what a
gentlemen...Nicki from Iggies,..Randy...ohhhhhh gee the names...All I
want to say is from our family..The Salazar Family we thank you again
for making this Wedding a special wedding and from our hearts again
and it can not be repeated enough...for always having a smile on there

recently returned from a trip back to Bolongo Bay. Our 7th trip since
July of 2004. And again, it was a wonderful experience! Our room had
recently been refurbished with new furniture and a very comfortable
mattress on the bed. And as always, it was kept very clean by the
house keeping staff. Our thanks go out to the Doumeng family and their
wonderful extended family of their staff! They truly are the most
friendly and helpful people we have ever met Bolongo is our
favorite resort on the island. My husband and I have been
traveling to St. Thomas for over 10 years. We had stayed at
some other resorts, when we stayed at Bolongo ,,,that was it.
We come back every year. The staff and accommodations make
for a memorable vacation. We stayed at Bolongo Bay to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. This was a
very relaxing and enjoyable trip. My wife researched all of the
resorts in the islands and picked this one because it had many
return customers. It was not the biggest or fanciest resort,
but those are the things that we wanted to avoid. We met a
couple at Iggies and they had just left one of the more
expensive resorts. They said that they had booked there
trip with Travelocity and that once they got to that resort,
that there were several people complaining about various things
and that the beach was small for the amount of guest that stay
there. They said that they came to Bolongo years ago for there
honeymoon and would much rather stay at Bolongo. Travelocity
let them switch to Bolongo. What a wonderful resort!
Thanks so much for everything! We stayed there June 19-25; next
time longer! We loved the location, the facilities, the room, the
FOOD and drinks, the pool ... Marcelo, Lyndell, Claudia, Ish,
Danielle, Gloria, so many to name! You are doing things right
there. I know some critics think the rooms should be updated, but
I think the room was great the way it was. We weren't looking for
posh conditions; just a homey, safe and welcoming atmosphere where
our teenaged daughters and we could relax and enjoy. We found it!
From the minute we arrived we were greeted with big smiles & welcomes. Never in all our travels have we been made to feel more at home. Each & everyone of the staff went out of their way to assure our comfort and needs were met. We did the all-inclusive which was excellent. Our party of 10 could not get enough of Iggie’s great menu,beverages and staff. What a pleasure to get to know them and to walk up and they knew your beverage before you ordered. The Lobster Grille was a class act with a menu that was over the top and staff to match. Where else could you be invited to a reception to meet the owners who let you know how proud they were that you were there to spend your vacation! The entire resort is kept spotless and the rooms are exceptionally clean and refreshed everyday and the views are awesome. From the beach & palm trees to the reefs and tidal pools what an experience. Our granddaughters loved every minute and learned so much about island life. The resort is child friendly and babysitting services were arranged so we “ big kids” could play. We will ever be grateful for “Nicole” who made us feel so relaxed leaving our little ones in her care. Bolongo is a family who understands the concerns of families traveling and go out of their way to set your mind at ease. We only had 6 days,next time it will be longer! . We had a great time at Iggie’s everynight and how refreshing not to have to leave the resort for entertainment. Our ages of the group were from 5 yrs-57 and all in between and a GREAT time was had by all! Thanks Bolongo for maiking memories that will last a lifetime! an incredible experience Heather and I had while staying at your

WE WERE QUICKLY SHUTTLED OFF TO OUR REQUESTED ROOM ON THE BEACH. WOW WHAT A TREAT. THE FRONT DOOR ON THE PARKING LOT SIDE AND THE BACK DOOR – JUST SEVEN STEPPING STONES TO THE BEACH AND THE HAMMOCK. The all-inclusive is definitely the way to go!! The food was just
amazing - The staff was so accomadating - from Johnathan at the front
desk, to Dan and Aaron on the beach. We all loved Priscilla, and
looked forward to seeing her smiling face at breakfast. It is truely
paradise there - and I can't thank you all enough for such an amazing
vacation. These 8 girls from PA will never forget you all!! Look

Hello everyone at Bolongo Bay ! We recently returned to Ohio from a wonderful vacation in the USVI. We spent four nights at Bolongo Bay. We couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations and hospitality that Bolongo Bay offered us! Our room was clean, bright and just a few feet from the Caribbean. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch at all hours of the day. Your staff was friendly and very helpful. While at Bolongo Bay we spent a great deal of time using the water toys and found the "beach guys" extremely friendly and helpful. Especially comforting was the fact that they were very safety oriented and kept a close eye on the guests as they were enjoying the water. Interestingly enough, our teenage daughter's criteria for a hotel included "a hammock under palm trees on the beach." We found that hammock just feet from our door! I would definitely recommend your resort to anyone visiting St. Thomas in the future. Thanks again for an enjoyable stay! Vickie and Jeremy We loved every minute of our stay & plan to visit same
time next year! We were extremely pleased with all the staff and
accommodations. My husband lived in the VI, 18 years ago, ironically
he knew 1 of the bartenders at Iggies (they used to work
together!). We look forward to next year, already! We
went to St. Thomas over our birthdays, mine October 13, and my
husband's October 14. It was the best birthday ever! Our family stayed
for 4 days at the condo and it were amazing, Heavenly Days for sure!
This was our first visit to the island and an all inclusive stay. The
days seemed endless, the sights were unbelievable, and the entire time
was great. Our condo was very nice with an amazing view of the bay.
The staff all were very welcoming and helpful. The food at both Iggies
and the Beach House was wonderful, and we were never hungry. We rented
a car and took the advise of some of the staff and visited the
different beaches, each one was beautiful. Our kids snorkeled forever
and seen many fish and even a sea turtle. My son who graduates in June
is now looking to go to school at the campus on the island for
oceanography. If he is accepted you will be seeing us again on many
occasion. I would also love to come down during carnival, that would
be so much fun.

True Paradise My husband and I recently returned from another wonderful 2 week vacation to Bolongo Bay. It was our 5th trip in 3 years and it could not have been better! We chartered Heavenly Days for a trip to St. John for our 23rd anniversary and we could not have asked for a better way to spend it! We had the privilege of having 16 of our very good friends along with us, all locals. And a very capable and friendly crew. Thanks Capt. Peter, Lindsey and Chris, you are the best!! And thank you Rina, Richard, Paul and Colleen for your hospitality! We truly do feel we are home when we are there. And Scotty, a really big thanks to you for the name plates! As usual, the staff were all fantastic! All of them are very friendly and caring, from our housekeeper (Elvina) to all the wonderful people at Iggies and The Beach House.We are definitely looking forward to our next trip back to our "St. Thomas home"!! family vacation there last year was the trip of a lifetime! We won a
Mastercard Sweepstakes and we chose Bolongo. We could have went anywhere
in the world...Seriously. But we chose St. Thomas, and after researching
the web, we decided on Bolongo Bay. Our choice could not have been any
better. The Caribbean was beautiful, as well as St. Thomas Island.
Bolongo was perfect. The beach was well maintained as well as private.
The jet skiing, catamaran tour, Iggies, golf, site-seeing, snorkeling,
and relaxing on the beach was unbelievable. The staff was top-notch and
courteous. Our party of 9 was thoroughly impressed.
Our visit to Bolongo Bay was most enjoyable, and it
was heartening to see that it remains a family resort. My children
fell in love with the resort, as did my wife and I when we stayed
there on our honeymoon in 1981. I couldn't think of a better place to
celebrate our 25th anniversary, than at Bolongo Bay, where my wife and
I began our life together.
sincerely hope that we will someday visit Bolongo again, and enjoy
your five star hospitality. All the staff members went the extra mile
to make us feel welcome, from the front door to the acrtivities hut.
