Bolongo Bay Beach Resort we like to include "fun in the sun" at no extra
charge to our guests.
Our European plan
includes use of Sunfish Sailboats, Kayaks, Windsurfers, Aqua
Tricycles, Swim Floats, Paddle Boats, and Snorkel Equipment. We also
include a complimentary discover scuba lesson in the pool. Tennis, beach
volleyball and basket ball courts are also available, including
equipment.
All rooms are equipped with A/C, ceiling fan, cable TV, refrigerator, coffee
maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and in-room safe, and all
rooms have a balcony. Rooms are non smoking with smoking allowed on the
balcony. Oceanview rooms are located on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the
hotel. Beachfront rooms are located on the 1st floor and you can step
off your balcony on the beach side.
Summer Bonus:
Anyone booking our European plan staying a
minimum of 5 nights will get either the Half Day Snorkel Trip to
Buck Island or the Sunset Cocktail Cruise, whichever is available. Good
for any reservation for travel between April 1 and August 31, 2009.
Our Value Rooms are perfect if you want to enjoy resort amenities, but are
looking for budget accommodations, and if the fun & sun if more important to you than having
deluxe
accommodations. With our Value Rooms you get just that. Although the
rooms and decor of the room is older, they are clean, with all the
important room amenities. The rooms are located
in a building that sits behind our Lobster Grille restaurant so the
rooms do
not have an oceanview, but they are just steps away from
the beach and all the activities,
and most importantly; The price is right!
A free upgrade to an Oceanview room will be given if available on
arrival.
15% tax/resort fee and $5.00/day energy surcharge is not included
in above rates, and will be added to your total room cost.

Reservations
Deposit policy:
A 3 night deposit is due 7 days
after making reservation. If deposit is not received in that time, the
reservation will automatically be cancelled.
Full payment: Full payment for
reservation is due 21 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation: For a full refund,
cancellation of a reservation must be received no later than 7 days prior to the
arrival date except for winter season, which require 21 days.
Cancellations received after the cutoff, No Shows, and early Check-outs are
subject to a 3 night penalty per room. Credit Cards: Credit cards are
accepted for payment of a room. American Express, MasterCard, and
Visa are also accepted for incidental charges at the resort.
Minimum stay: Special
holiday seasons 5 to 7 nights
US Virgin Islands hotel room tax: 8% Added to all European plan
rates. Included in our All Inclusive plan. Resort fee: 7%
