At Bolongo Bay Beach Resort we like to include "fun in the sun" at no
extra charge to our guests. All our non motorized watersports equipment
are available to all guests complimentary.
Our European plan
includes use of Sunfish Sailboats, Kayaks, Windsurfers, Aqua
Tricycles, Swim Floats, Paddle Boats, and Snorkel Equipment. We also
include a complimentary discover scuba lesson in the pool. Tennis, beach
volleyball and basket ball courts are also available, including
equipment.
Rooms are equipped with A/C, ceiling fan, cable TV, refrigerator, coffee
maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and in-room safe, and all
rooms have a balcony. Rooms are non smoking with smoking allowed on the
balcony.
Please note that in our "Value
Season" we might alternate closing our restaurants, and some of our
regular entertainment or theme nights, like our Carnival Night will not be offered.

PAYMENT POLICY:
A 3 night deposit is due 7 days
after making reservation. If deposit is not received in that time, the
reservation will automatically be cancelled.
FULL PAYMENT: Full payment for
reservation is due 21 days prior to the arrival date.
CANCELLATION: For a full refund,
cancellation of a reservation must be received no later than 7 days prior to the
arrival date except for winter season, which require 21 days.
Cancellations received after the cutoff, No Shows, and early Check-outs are
subject to a 3 night penalty per room.
CREDIT CARDS: Credit cards are
accepted for payment of a room. American Express, MasterCard, and
Visa are also accepted for incidental charges at the resort.
MINIMUM STAY: Special
holiday seasons 5 to 7 nights
US VIRGIN ISLANDS HOTEL ROOM TAX: 8%
RESORT FEE: 7%
