Hosted and cash bars require a $150
set-up fee for 30 to 100 guests.
For parties under 30 guests there is a $50.00 charge for a cocktail
server.
Open Bar Packages
Two hour minimum for 30 or more guests
All of our open bar packages include house wines, domestic beer, juice,
soft drinks,
and all mixers and garnishes to make everyone’s favorite drinks.
All open bar guests are greeted with complimentary rum punch.

Our delicious secret recipe white or red sangrias are marinated with
tropical fruit, wine and a touch of brandy for an extra zing.
$90 per gallon – 2 gallon minimum per
drink (each gallon serves 24 guests)

Frozen cocktails are the flavor of the islands. We offer a variety
of flavors of coladas , daquiries, margaritas and other specialties.
Choose two flavors to offer your guests.
Please add $150 set up fee.
Add to premium bar - $6 for first hour, $3 for each additional hour per
person.
Cruzan Rum Shots
A great way to offer your guests a taste of our local flavors!
Cruzan rums are produced on our sister island of St. Croix and include
Mango, Vanilla, Pineapple, Citrus, Coconut and Banana flavored rums.

Java Jubilee
Adding coffee drink station is the perfect way to enjoy dessert!
We can serve fresh brewed coffee and decaffinated coffee along with all
the accompaniments.
Add to any open bar for $2 per person
per hour or to a Hosted Bar for $5 per person per hour
If
you don’t think coffee is complete without a little Bailey’s consider
our premium after dinner drink package that includes Bailey’s, Kahlua,
Frangelico, and Tuaca.
